Asbestos Surveys

Asbestos surveys are the most adequate tool to comply with the duty to manage asbestos containing material.
We are able to provide three types of asbestos surveys as defined in the MDHS 100:
TYPE 1: Location and assessment survey (presumptive survey).
TYPE 2: Standard sampling, identification and assessment survey (sampling survey).
TYPE 3: Full access Sampling and identification Survey (Pre-demolition / Major Refurbishment Surveys).
The type of surveys required can be assessed by Stream based on your needs and your individual circumstances.
All surveys carried out by Stream comply with MDHS 100 standards and therefore embrace all guidelines laid down by the Health and Safety Executive.
Following the inspection of you premises, Stream will produce a fully comprehensive report including:
· Detailed descriptions and specific recommendations for all ACMs found during the survey.
· A register of all ACMs present and/or suspected in your premises.
· A priority and a risk assessment of each ACMs present in your premises.
· A bulk sample report issued by our UKAS accredited partner laboratory attesting the presence and type of asbestos for each material sampled.
